Does my Business Qualify?

  • Consistent owner earnings: Demonstrated Seller Discretionary Earnings (including EBITDA and owner compensation) ranging from $400K to $2M in two of the last three years, with provable tax returns.
  • Owner transition flexibility: Willingness to accommodate a transition period of six months or less, with compensation terms mutually agreed upon.
  • Simplified ownership structure: Preference for working with no more than two active owners, with consideration given to sales involving more than three on a case-by-case basis.
  • Management team in place: Presence of at least two managers or supervisors supporting the owner in key areas such as bookkeeping, dispatch, sales, or project management.
